Dr. Jasoe is an educator who has been in the field of education for over ten years. During this time, she has helped and molded children in the United States of America, the United Arab Emirates, the Republic of Liberia and the People’s Republic of China. Her international experiences have dictated her interest and style of writing.
As a passionate educator and traveler, Dr. Jasoe is always finding ways to enlighten others. With roots in Liberia, West Africa, she has always made efforts to highlight the positivities of the continent. Her first published book, My ABCs of Africa, was inspired by her desire to read books with characters and lessons that connected with her heritage and culture. This book takes readers on a journey through Africa with the use of the alphabet. It is Dr. Jasoe’s goal that this project exposes readers to Africa’s vast diversity. Her second book, Gbaelay Goes Down Memory Lane, seeks to expose readers to African culture using relatable children realistic fiction format.
